1. Terms Used

The Service Administration reserves the right to modify or supplement this Policy from time to time without prior written notice to users. You should periodically review the changes or additions made to it. If you continue to use the Service after changes to this document, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Policy.
2. Purposes of Processing User Data
Data is provided by users in connection with the conclusion of a User Agreement with the Administration.
- When creating an account on our website or any related Server;
- When participating in testing additional game services or Service updates;
- When participating in in-game promotions, competitions, and other similar events;
- When sending requests, letters, or other forms of contact with the Service Administration;
- When using additional, special services within the Game.
Your data is processed for the following purposes (not limited to):
- Providing the ability to create and subsequently use and manage a user account on the Service;
- Participating in the Game and accessing game features provided by the Game scenario;
- Interacting with other users;
- Fixing errors, developing new game features and services;
- Interacting with Users to get feedback regarding the Service, providing user support, sending notifications and other important messages related to the Service;
- Receiving, processing, and verifying payments;
- Providing technical support;
- Informing about upcoming events related to the Service, updates, and other similar events.
3. User Data Collected and Processed by the Service
The data collected and processed by the Service may include (but is not limited to):
- Name, nickname (character nickname);
- User identifier (login or user ID);
- Email address;
- Payment information, etc.
4. Other Data Collected and Processed by the Service
To provide quality services, the Service collects and processes additional non-personal data. This data includes:
- Unique user device identifier (HWID) and parameters of the software used;
- Operating system version, device type, and hardware identifiers;
- Time zone;
- Information about user actions on the Service and directly in the Game (game logs, actions on the Service, in-game achievements, time spent in the Game, time of last login to the Game, information about logins to the Game, etc.).
The Service may collect information about your IP address and the geographical location of the device from which access to the Service and Servers is made to provide you with services and information available for the corresponding territory where you are located.
5. Data Storage
The data storage period is the duration during which the related game services are provided (for the longest term).
6. Use, Distribution, and Transfer of Data
The Service may combine (merge) and use combined user data with other information (including other data collected by the Service as defined in section 4 of this Policy) to ensure, manage, and develop the Game.
Additionally, your data may be provided in the following cases:
- When necessary to comply with the law, for example, investigating cases of payment fraud and any other illegal activities;
- When there are reasonable suspicions of potential or existing violations of the Service's rights;
7. Other Responsibilities of the Parties
The User is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the data they provide. In case of inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the data you provided, they must be corrected, including by contacting technical support specialists.
The Service Administration reserves the right, when deleting or modifying user data, to retain the data necessary to comply with applicable laws, ensure the security and effectiveness of the Service and the Game.
